I'm running a win 2k O/S on an AMD 3400 PC woth Amibios release 3/24/2005 The PC won't shut off, it just restarts when you shut down in win2k The only way to shut it down is to hold in the start button manually. The power management has stand by shut off... There must be something I am, missing.

in order to ensure total network integrity. WE have NO connection to the internet. The "powers the be" have the attitude rightfully so that if you aren't connected to the outside ...the outside can't get in. So I have to manually move the dat files to the network. My problem is on the internet...
