My CFNA is set to 739 after 3 rings. On the line appearance statement, are you saying that on the phones that are in the hunt group, can they have lines as appear only or no lines appearing at all?
Ok so here is how it is set up. I have all the lines on the reception phone 221, as appear and ring. I built hunt group 01 with 229,255,231,234. By the way the 4 phones have the lines showing as appear only. I set the CFNA on 221 to 739 after 3 rings. I set up the hunt group and broadcast...
Well, thank you both for the ideas. I am going to keep watching this thread and try these ideas Friday night.
The problem I see is that the boss wants to keep the reception phone ringing for all calls. My understanding is that if she is in her own huntgroup, then she will only get one call at...
Hello all. I have a MICS with CP100. what we want to do is to have the receptionist(221) get the call first. Then after 3 rings, if she cannot get to the call, we want it to ring on 4 other phones at the same time. After that if no one answers after 3 rings, it goes to AA. So I thought I...
I have a client with a Nortel BCM 450. This client has several DID lines on a phone. They can forward the calls on that phone as normal, however, they want to only forward an individual DID on that phone leaving the other 2 DID's to ring at the phone. I don't think this can be done. Am I...

Then press: Freature 986
Then check it by dialing Feature *0 and press the button to see if it took.
Hope this helps...

Just a thought...
I am trying to connect 2 0X32 systems with a point-to-point T1. Both systems have 7.0 software. The offsite location has a DTI card and the main site has 2 DTI cards; 1 for PRI and one for the point-to-point. We set up the lines as E&M on both sides as follows:
line 031: E&M
ans mode: auto
Ans...
We have a simular setup at one of our clients office. We set up a hunt group for the phones to ring (broadcast mode) after a few rings the it overflows into the V.M. port triggering the A.A. and it doesn't hit the Gen. Del mailbox. So, I would try the hunt group thingy first. Hope that helps...
It will work on winxp systems as well. I run winxp on my programming pc with a standard 56k modem and never experiance any problems with connecting and programming functions. Maybe, I am just one lucky soul out there.
