printing: you use IE7 (http://www.sharepointblogs.com/tigirry/archive/2007/07/26/ie7-does-not-like-infopath-2003-s-quot-non-default-printer-quot.aspx) open the form from that location in design mode and save it back - this would fix the trust issue.
