Harani,
We have done somthing similar to what you are looking for. Our IT service desk for multiple clients, we have 30+ toll free lines, each needing their own service alert message to only play if there was an outage. I looked at the MIRAN option, however, I could not play the same message for...
Local numbers work fine, only if I put a long distance number in.

I have one agent set that cannot dial long distance. The agent set is configured exactly the same as all the others.
I removed the set and duplicated another set that is able to dial long distance. Still it will not dial LD.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I did have to create a new login ID on the PBX for the BCMS to connect to. Do you think that this problem may be related to a permissions of the login ID? I thought I set it up identical to the original, but maybe not.
Installed BCMS Vu software onto new hard drive.
Setup configuration same as before.
Tested the connection to the PBX. I can get connected successfully, however, receive the following error message:
You hav agents log in enabled but not validated.
BCMS Vu does not support this configuration.

I have an agent setup on a i2004, the set was unplugged and when it was plugged back in the display said it was downloading the firmware - - that was 5 days ago now.
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
I have an ITG 3.0 line side card with i2002 phone sets. I have had a rash of sets going bad, when the user goes to answer their phone with the line key or handsfree the set will drop the call.
Has anyone heard of this problem before?
Thank you in advance.
