    you can do this through the "my phone app" on the utility server - assuming it is configured. https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8443/MyPhone/MyPhone it needs to be the IP address of the utility server not the phone it also depends what you want to do - sorry i have no experience of Cisco phones
