How do I fix this? When I start wp8, I get this message: The instruction at "Ox77fcb7bO" referenced memory at "OxOOOO4" . The memory could not be read. Click on ok to terminate the program. Click on cancel to debug the program.- lifecenter3

code to make excel row move to another line if > a certain cell
I have a spreadsheet that calculates hours to work on a project. The person can add a row in anywhere. How can I make the row go to another line or section if a "value" of a cell goes negative or over a certain amount?- lifecenter3
