Hi, We have call center on BCM450 R6.0 with latest patches installed. Agents use NTEX14AC USB Headsets on i2050 softphones Rls 4.04.0067. Couple times a day softphones are locking up and need to be restarted. Had anybody experienced similar problem? Thank you.
