Everthing seems to be working, FTP works, all directory info is there, just can't get it to load up into the PBX, and I have my set with CRPA activated in CLS, is there anything else in the PBX that has to be setup? Getting error code 00015 Directory file upload failed in the Event log...

Currently we have CS1000e with OTM 3.1 trying to set up corporate directory. How does the CS1000e get the directory information from the OTM. Does it use FTP, LDAP,... ? The objective of course is to have the directory information show on the iphone2002 screen. Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to get a 1 gig connection over VoIP, using 5520's POE, on a 1000E.

Good Day, Need to find out if there is a fail safe on the 5520 in the event that someone causes a loop back so that the port or ports disable, we had a problem today when someone pluggged in a I phone into 2 ports, this pretty much shut down the phone system site wide, you will have to excuse...

Update, someone had caused a loop back on an edgde switch, pretty much crashed the entire phone system, doesn't seem right that one edge switch could effect an entire network. Thanks again.

I will have IT check it out, we do have a remote edge switch that is down so this may be the problem. Thanks again.

It's configured as a gateway endpoint, I have 27 configured on CS1000E.

Figured it out, had to add 1254 to the Tlan not just the Elan, tested and works, thanks for everyones input.
