    unified messaging not working on BCM50

    I have XP service pack 3 on my computer.My e-mails and voicemails do not come thru on unified messaging unless i reboot my computer? Any ideas????

    contact centre on a BCM450 5.0

    I have a customer with a BCM450 5.0 and contact centre. also there is a auto attendant. There are 7 agents. Sometimes when an agent logs off it shows logoff pending and freezes. You cannot force off. The only solution is to do a reboot. The latest Patches are installed.

    cannot call out on the BCM50 R1.0

    I cannot call out on the Bcm50 R1.0.... I can receive calls The trunks are analog After doing a power down(reboot) the system returns to normal Any suggestions????????

    I do not require reports This senario is just a queue setup for 3 businesses on 1 skillset The caller gets an on hold greeting and the agent will logon or logoff with a 20 second break time. I setup the BCM50 3.0 at the service centre,power down and set the system back up at the customer's site...

    only one Keycode is needed If you go under KEYCODES in the BCM50 programming you will see 1 skillset,2 agents The agents are assigned to the skillset
