I am having a problem when I send a document to print. I get a message that says the document failed to print. I must then delete the document from the queue and try again. Sometimes after about 3 or 4 tries it will work. I have installed the latest drivers. Any ideas?

Each time I try to print, I get a message that the job is cancelled. Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

We are able to receive faxes on our HP V40, but the page that comes out is blank. I have tried realigning the cartridges and cleaning them. All other functions print fine (word, e-mail document, web documents). Help.
