well, it seems to me that it was previously added,everything leads to that, but following your suggestion, I leave the password's box as blank as it always pops up, and not even type a user,so then I press enter and nothing, the authentication box keeps coming up- leonardo07746

I need to recover the admin user and the admin password to manage the IP phone on my desk, which has 192.168.*.* for IP, Is there any file in the server in which I can change the password and the user of my IP phone?? the PBX version is Asterisk 1.4.20.1 and my phone is a Linksys IP phone SPA922- leonardo07746
