I think I am in configuration. I'm in the **266344 menu. Thanks for the info though, what do you mean by the 1,7,and 9? Do you mean on the DN number itself you cant have those numbers? I know our extensions are 3 digits, and all but 3 line up with the room numbers, so they asked me to change...- leonard1255
