PaulF, It wasnt a shortcut or context menu issue, it was a problem with the column headings.
I do not remember how I fixed this specific problem, but I seem to think it had something to do with one of the controls events or something...

For that you can go to tools-->options then uncheck Windows in taskbar. Look at the other options also. These can be set using code so that if the user changes these or they are not transferred with the database, it will still look correct.
I have an application that I have distributed with the runtime version but the users can no longer right click on a column heading and choose sort ascending etc. Is there a way to enable this for the runtime version of access? Should I look for another solution.

I am looking at the msde whitepaper and it says that I need to install mdac 2.6, but on microsoft site mdac 2.6 says that it does not install desktop database drivers.

Tables that are related to another table have a nifty feature; You get that plus mark that expands the relationship for that record as a subdatasheet. Is there any way to give a query this same feature?

Maybe it has something to do with the join properties of the queries the reports are based upon?
If your query is based on multiple tables this can happen.
