I don't understand "RTC battery or motherboard". I've tried setting the BIOS to defaults. It doesn't help. It has a bootable floppy and bootable CD and ignores both and boots into Linux. It has a SCSI hard drive installed, if that helps.<br>
I got a computer from a friend. He installed Linux on it a long time ago and forgot about it. I bought it from him cheap thinking I would just format it and use it for windows. I can't get it to NOT boot into linux. It will not boot from the floppy and I've looked through all the BIOS options...
When searching a detail table with a master/detail relationship is there a quicker way than closing the master table, doing the search and then opening up the master table again.<br>
Accepting input from a TEdit box. I want to be able to be able to handle this if a real number (with decimal point) is entered. Would also like to convert this to an integer type. It was easy in Pascal 7 but I don't see it in the Delphi help files.
