Record name in directory
I'm using the latest version of Voicemail Pro and have some users who set up their voicemail boxes, but never recorded their name for the company directory. Can someone provide instructions on how to do this? The only option I hear in my voicemail is to record a greeting, but I just need the name.- lenivan

Button to bypass greeting, jump directly to voicemail?
On our old Nortel system, we used to be able to hit # to bypass a voicemail's greeting and jump directly into recording a voicemail. In IP Office, I can't seem to find the button to do that. Show caller busy/on call?
On my old Nortel system, when I'd call someone who was on another call, the screen would show me they're on another call. Is there an option for this in Avaya IP Office?
