When you write the Network+ exams do you see your result immediately like in A+?

After a long struggle I finally succeded in my A+ certification and now I am A+ certified.I do not know what to do now whether I should study N+ or CISCO Networking and if some one can help me and give the the advantages and disadvantages of each of them so that I can then make a better choice.
