Hi all, hope you can help :) I have a collection of PDF files, which have been collated into one book. There are 90 separate chapter files, but when I open the first file, I have access to the entire book contents via the bookmarks on the left. It's a neat format, and not one I've seen used...- leealkureishi

tviman, thanks for the quick answer! I did think about putting it all in one form, but that form would be HUGE (each of the 3 forms atm requires scrolling). In addition (and more importantly), each patient has a variable number of secondary operations (from 1-10), so a single form would have...- leealkureishi
