    Few things to try, Of course ensure all latest patches... Try stopping then restarting all services, then creating a brand new job with similar targets & run now (if you can) & see it if it still happens. Do you have any remote clients or is it just a local backup? If you still get crashes...

    Marc, Thanks for your reply. Yessss... but it is not the behaviour that we want! When we had a previous server act as the incoming IMC it would resolve the Repliers name as in the GAL & not include it in a Reply To All. Cant see a difference in the settings of each server to make / change...

    Hi there, We have just installed a 5.5 server which delivers incoming internet mail to other E5.5 servers. However, for some reason when we "Reply to all" to an internet mail it puts the replier's (your) email address in the reply To: field. How can we stop this happening? thanks...
