Hard Drive Spinning when watching DVD Movie
Can anyone tell me how to stop my hard drive from spinning while I watch a DVD Movie on that same pc? I'm using windows 98 SE, and have tried using both Power DVD and Actual Player 2.0 to see which one might be causing the problem. But both of them works fine but still spins my hard drive as...- latino17
