Thanks doktor for your quick response... I'll ask the customer to make a call for 18 secs to see if I get 0003. In case the setting in the ASPAP is by blocks it can be changed to another format like HH:MM:SS? Thank you once again LastTig- LastTig

Hi All, I'm doing an installation of a CAS with a MD110 BC13. First problem is the Call Duration, I should receive from the PBX H:MM:SS but I'm having the duration call with 4 digits and I'm not sure if is the sum of seconds or the format is H:MM:S, see below: 06061038 0002 07...- LastTig
