simple math
Very easy. Go in design mode. Click on "add field". Click on "Field Definition". Click on "Insert". Enter a name for the new field. In "data Type", select "calculate". Compress database
I have an application that, twice weekly, most of the records get deleted, then replaced by fresh data. After a few weeks the program really slows down. I can go in manually and "Compress" the data base, which takes care of the problem. Is there any way to automatically "Compress" the database?- LarryJD

approach chart sort problem
I am doing a chart in Approach where the "X" axis is a field that contains the months of the year. Jan, Feb, Mar, etc. The problem is getting the "X" axis to follow the months of the year in a normal progression on the chart. It now sorts by the spelling of the month. Any ideas?- LarryJD
