Witness 7.7 working with Cisco ICM
Hi I've encountered an issue. When Witness is recording a call and an ICM transfer is required. The voice header or ICM header is masked and ICM can not interpret the mask and the transfer fails When Witness is not recording, transfers are successful Has anyone encountered this- Larry960

INCRP not showing as Routing Client option in ICM 4.6.2
