I've encountered an issue. When Witness is recording a call and an ICM transfer is required. The voice header or ICM header is masked and ICM can not interpret the mask and the transfer fails
When Witness is not recording, transfers are successful
Has anyone encountered this

I Ran into the same issue
First step of vector must be at least 3 seconds of music
this allows answer supervisor to control the call
and you can enter a vdn number at that point
