    I just noticed that the PRI is fluctuating going in service and out of service. I have called the service provider and they said they will be here shortly to sort it out. After that, I will try what you suggested and I hope it works as I think it has been the reason it has not been working. Thanks

    Have you looked into Access List if you have that on the router or switch?
