We have IP Office 500 and I want to configure an extension to automatically redirect to another number after three rings for ONLY incoming calls on a particular IDD
Scenario... Incoming route has calls for 88877736 and 88877737 to be routed to 1000. I want calls for 88877737 to be sent to 2000...
Another thing I need to confirm is that the DropDown "Add 'Not end-to-end ISDN' Information Element" is set to Never and other options below it like Send redirection number are not checked.

But the issue I am having is that what seems to work yesterday is no more working now and I have checked all the settings... even called the service provider and they said all is well at their end and nothing has been changed.

But the problem is this... We run a virtual office and want to assign one number to an office. But...
I just noticed that the PRI is fluctuating going in service and out of service. I have called the service provider and they said they will be here shortly to sort it out. After that, I will try what you suggested and I hope it works as I think it has been the reason it has not been working.

I tried it that way and this time around, no UNOBTAINABLE error but just the dial and the number being dialed without connection.

If it is set as you have said, If I need to dial a number 4605048, normally, I will have to add 01 to it as it is a local call. So it will be 014605048 and that will be sent as 0014605048 and it wont go.
After trying what you said, I am still getting UNOBTAINABLE.
