I have a very small environment running Exchange 2003. We have several email enabled public folders set up. Internally (Machines/accounts connected directly to the Exchange server) the folders work fine. They recieve mail on the appropriate address' etc. However email from the outside world...
I would also be curious to see how others are doing this. I was able to create a new list but when you try to view it in OWA it gives an error and the list disappears.
I finally ended up creating a public folder for contacts. Not as convenient but it suited my situation.
