I am having trouble setting up voicemail basically after the number of rings a message press 1 but pressing 1 returns to attendant ring and never goes to vm- lancselec

ldk20 isdn setup
Hi i have an ldk 20 system which we have just downgraded from four isdn channels down to two. when we access outside line dial 9 it goes to line 4 which has been disconnected how do i re-programme it to see only the two lines- lancselec
