we have PM6.5 files sent by clients who are using Win95. Usually, they can be opened on our NTs, but they often look very different from what they look like on an a 95 machine. I think this is because of diferent font packages sent out with identical font names but slightly different font...
You may have already checked this, but go to Window --> show styles, and look under the colors palette. Then highlight your text(if you can)and click on registration to make sure your text is not just the wrong color.
Try that first, then check type manager. Good luck!
I have run acress three instances now of un-openable, un-copiable PM6.5 files, all on 3 1/2s. I think it may be related to saving in Win95 platform and opening in a WinNT. Any suggestions?
