Can anyone that have taken this exam recommend any good books or study guides?
I'm about to start a new job and they want me to get a CCA qualification in Citrix Presentation Server. I'm already an MCSE, but have never done any Citrix training as it's been self-taught. They also want me to do...
As far as I know there were not printers connected, but the odd thing is that every single client gets these printers installed as HP Colour LaserJet PS. We don't even have these printers!
I have rebooted the server, and they still appear. Very strange, but I really need to stop this happening...
I've got a problem with Citrix auto created client printers. For some reason, all of my clients are getting printers auto created that aren't even connected. Everybody gets the same printers on USB1, COM1, COM2 and UPD:PS.
Has anyone seen this before? I can disable auto created client printers...
Although nobody bothered to reply to this post! Here's what I found it to be...

I've got a Cisco 2610 which I'm using as my DSL router / firewall, and I'm trying to connect to a remote PC running PCAnywhere. I know that the remote PC is working, so it's something I've done wrong in my IOS config.
Can someone tell me if I've missed anything?

Follow these instructions carefully and you'll sucessfully remove the blaster virus from your computer. If at any time you get the shutdown message you can stop it by going to Start > Run and type shutdown -a. Press enter, and this will abort any shutdown currently in progress.

This happened to me TWICE! with my Maxtor 200Gb hard drive, and I too lost all my data.
The reason was down to overheating. My drive was getting VERY hot, since my disaster I've put two 5cm fans on the back of my case drawing air out, and a big 8cm fan on the front drawing air into the case...
I think you're right about the second question, as some of our financial software only works with local admin rights.
I might try and add a Kix script to do the job of group membership, so when users log on it will add domain users to the local admin group.
Thanks.

In this case you'll need System Policies.

It'll be useful to know how you manage your internet access, are you using Proxy or Wingate? If so then look at something like WebSense or Surfcontrol. With that you can allow or deny internet access depending on IP, logged on user, or PC. You can even restrict access to certain websites...
