The image is locally stored on the web server itself. So it isn't a borken link (Thought of that too) ... then I thought maybe it was a particular permission ... NAH ... not that either ... Any other ideas?

Just curious here but it seems like our website needs cookies turned on to get ALL of the content. Now, I know we don't intentionally place cookies out there. I was wondering if FrontPage or the Server Extenstions embed cookies within a site for their functionality ... Any ideas?
