First Name Last Name fields
I want to initially ask the person who is filling out the form, "What is your name?" and continue that format for other information, such as social security number, phone number, etc. Well, on some of the forms it asks specifically for both the Last Name and for First Name, not just one field...- kriz10gal

I want to combine two PDF files. I try to combine them (Create PDF-->From Multiple Files), but when I try to add the PDF I actually created myself, it tells me that it is protected.
