Every time I log off Lync and back in, most of my privacy relationships set back to External. Is this normal? I assume not...how do I prevent this? Is this something that needs to change on the server side?

I am having trouble finding where to add the Printers link to the Start Menu. Can anyone tell me if we can force it this way? I found where to enable the Run command, remove Music folder and other such things, but haven't come across the Printers folder. Thanks!
