Well just when I gave up.. the answer came to me. I added an if/else to the detail to check if the string is empty <see below>

I used the formula's to build a string of applications with a carriage return in between each (see below); however, it always has the carriage return at the beginning of the string.
I know his is b/c Applications is null to start, thus making the first entry a carriage return - I just can't...
I have a small issue-- I have a sparcstation 20 running sunOS 5.5.1. It's previous owner is unknown, and we were hoping to use it with redhat 6.2 for sparc.
Problem starts on boot- after rpc services start, it tries a ypbind, then loops on:

I am exporting it to Excel and need it to return within a cell.

I was able to 'Set Location' on all of the other reports that were transitioned over to me. To be sure that there was not an individual setting that I overlooked, I verified that I have full admin rights. All of the other reports are using the same ODBC connection; yet this one will not update...
