We use RES 3700 and have this solution for displaying the WS name: In POS configurator - Devices - Touchscreen Designer you can set up a button on the sign in screen. Function: Smart key - WS name- Knuffen

M3700 -report viewer stop working sequentially
It's a known issue in RES ver. 5,4. Not sure what U're using but try this: In command promt type iisreset restart the following services - Micros autosequence server and Micros remoting services- Knuffen
