I think these steps will help you ( sorry if i use the wrong names, i can't try itmyself at this moment ).
In the default domain controller policy[yourserver]click user configuration, administrative templates, configpanel, screen (or something like monitor).
At the right pane :
doubleclick...
At cmd prompt use: net session to see which users / hosts are connected to your server.
At cmd prompt use: net file to see which users have files open on your server.
tip : use these commands before rebooting your server, to see if it's safe to reboot, so user will not be kicked of or lose data.
The following should work for delivering mail internal to the main-user and a "copy-mail" to an alternate receipient.
Maybe is also possible to use an SMTP-address outside you company...

As far as i know, a ghost-client is only used from the DOS-environment. Your 2003-share is possible on a NTFS-partition, which is not accessible from DOS ( otherwise it would be a security-hole !) If you place you ghost-image on a FAT(32) partition, you will be able to acces the ghost-image.
Like most newbies, I also had a lot of problems configuring SSH on AIX. I have written an quick 'installation-note' for installing SSH on (my) AIX 4.3.3. I hope this note will help AIX-students / newbies in the right direction.

If you install the Windows Support Files ( \support\tools\suptools.msi from your server install-CD) you will get an extra DOS-based tool called Clonepr(= ClonePrincipal)
This tool will help migrating principal / groups from NT4.0 to 2000/2003 etc., by creating clones in the new environment...
