I have since figured out that there was an AntiSpam firewall on another server. Once i added the new domain there, we were able to receive emails ok. Thanks for the help.

Hi Pat, I jumped the gun a little there. When i connect, i can send emails internaly, but i cannot send to external domains. I get the following error message: 550 5.7.1 unable to relay.

The setup is very basic. We have one DC, one Exchange Box and a couple of other member servers. There are no Front end, Back end servers. As mentioned before, everyone connects to the exchange server over the LAN. The reps all use the vpn to connect to the LAN to access their emails. OWA...
