Yes, it's set up that way, and it has been since May (when I got the computer and installed everything.) So it's been working until now, and I haven't (knowingly) changed anything. It just stopped working one evening (after working just fine all day.) The ISP tech says that's what it should...- kmk5

I am using Windows XP and Outlook Express 6. Since about two weeks ago, my system gets stuck whenever I use OE and my DSL is connected. I am OK working offline on OE. And I can access my mail via the Bellsouth website. But if my DSL connection is up at the same time as OE, everything...- kmk5
