Solution was to handle on the front end before it gets to Crystal. Used the T-SQL replace function in the creation of the parameter list so user seees one qupte but double quote value is sent to the report.

From your error message it sounds like the login id for the Page Server or Cache Server service does not have the correct login information on the CE server. This can also happen if there was a change to an Active Directory based network. Kevin McManus
