    MICS not displaying CID

    Ok, so I installed the CI card, but the MICS will not display IB CID until the line is picked up. What is going on? The MICS has a solid style software cartridge, with the following ID. NA-MICS 1.1 V12.3 I did order the 6.1 software, but the cartridge has no place to put it in. What am I missing?

    Ok, its been a while since I upgraded a working MICS software version. Moving from 5.0 to 6.1 and replacing a DS card with a CLID card. Anything special need to be done? Other then power down, swap and power up?

    Downloading it now. I run with a DTE cable everywhere. I use it to log into Adtran and cisco equipment. Hyperterm is my best friend

    I don't know if wireshark would work on this. DHCP is not enabled from the IPO, unless the ARP caches can show the IP reply from the IPO.

    I hope that is the case. I have been in the phone/telecom industry since 1995. Did it in the Air Force, did it as a contractor and now with a provider. I do the PBX stuff as a way to make extra money for my family and do admit I am sort of rusty on some things.
