    Turns out there is a Netbackup bug that removes the Path environmental variable definition during the upgrade. AFter the Path variable was updated with the path to the netbackup bin location all is well. Thanks.

    Thanks Stumpr! I can only disable the scratch pool rules for all volume pools correct? Not just one? What do you think about the barcode rules? Will these be overridden by the scratch pool rules as designated by the vm.conf entry (or lack of vm.conf file)?
