I am getting this error even though the location has plenty of space. I am wondering if this issue might be that this server is a physical Windows 2003 machine while the primary DC is a windows 2008 R2 machine that is visualized.

yes that is the only entry however the server name in the error message is totally different than what that server_id 0 has in the name. I assume this is an issue?
