I tried using -la logged via ftp in as me and as the user. When I log in I can see all the files, symlinks including the hidden files. When I login as the user here is what I see.
Any ideas?

I found the problem to this issue. To allow a file that has been installed in the Windows system32 directory to be removed by Unwise add the following line exactly to the log before the file is installed:
Non-System File:
This will allow the file to be deleted.
