    This is an old G3 V7 that I was currently looking at. But I never saw the option on my CM 5.1 PBX neither. It just seems odd they would only allow the login violations to ring one phone only.

    You won't find many sites that talk about RCC integration between OCS and Avaya. Mainly because neither Microsoft nor Avaya will support it in the future releases if something goes wrong. Microsoft is trying to replace your PBX so you could conceivably end up supporting two totally different...

    Everything I've read says that RCC won't be supported by Microsoft Lync for Avaya One-X Communicator. Your probably better off not trying to integrate OCS with Avaya when neither party will support the integration.

    I would talk to the end users because they would know what features are mostly used. Then you can probably just call the Business Partner and they can give you all the information you need.
