Yep, thanks for that. I've just tried it and it works. Only thing is that it launches an E-mail program. How can I make the Submit button send the details of the form to my E-mail (or by other means) without launching an E-mail program? Cheers

I tried that and it said No hardware assigned. The users are peeved because they cant use the fax machine. It just sounds like it is constantly engaged. Any other ideas lads? Cheers

We have a fax machine that is constantly engaged. Is there anyway through the definity system that we can stop it from being engaged?

Cheers mate. What I was really after, was HOW to do it? It doesn't matter about the extensions as we will use it to test dial-ups from modems.
