Intrusion in MD110
I've seen patches that solve this issue and allow agents to park calls when supervisor has intruded the call. I don't have the patches, but you can ask your E/// support about it. I've also heared that next version of MD110 will solve this problem as well, but I'm not sure.- Kivo
