WallBoard help required
Hi Thanks for this We have a hunt group called 599 Reports that contains all members (599 being the highest number of all hunt groups) I used that as the variable on the wall board to look at longest wait and no of calls waiting. But strangely that reports nothing when you call in, I guessing...- kimbochris
