Yay i found how to get to the customisation section!! I was logging in incorrectly so it wouldn't show it to me.
I may need your expertise in the future with how to customise certain things, however i think i am right for now.
Can I ask you is there information on customising on...
Ok....is that in the CRM web client?
When I enter this and go to settings there is no customisation or customise section. Am I in the correct section??
By the way thanks for your help so far, I really appriciate it....because i can not figure this out.
I am having trouble finding where I can change certain fields..for example in an account there is a field 'state' and I would like to add South Australia to this field but cannot figure out where to do this.

I use Microsoft CRM and i cannot figure out how to configure it so that it works the way I want.
Is someone able to lead me in the right direction, or has instructions for the area i am meant to go to, so that I can do this.
