    spyware, reinstall spybot. same as when a virus corrupts your antivirus program.

    it could be a virus when you get to safe mode do a full system scan.

    had similar problems with my psc, never could get it to work right, my problems fixes; do a virus,trojan,spybot scan;online was a better scan go to product website and download uninstaller go to msconfig.startup.uncheck; load startup items restart.reinstall software

    do a thorough virus scan and trojan and spybots, there are several sites for online scanning, i highly reccomend that you do this
