voicemailPro keep going offline. have to login almost every hour. login window only let you choicethe machine to connect tobut cant input any username or password, can someone help...

i have voicemailPro 4.0 and it keeps on going oFFLINE for some reason. my switch at the shop stay on constantly which is suppose to but my client switch shows " offline" then i have to manually connect it. The customer's PC did turn off and i had the customer reboot it and voicemail came back...

im using 2 of my analog extension to act as co's lines from my IP Office as testing purpose. would that still be the problem?

yes it is set to "yes" in lines and trunks Ls/reliable disconnect and still lock up the trunks

I work for Idrish and we tried what everybody suggested and it worked fine when call comes in on the D.I.D.'s call gets tranfered out fine no problem, but when a call comes in on a pots line it tranfers out but lines lock up and will not release the line when call is hung up

i think i got it. i was useing a pc and the software was having problem so it never got saved right. we are having a problem with spm 9.0 so we jus went through the phone administration. thanks alot 4 your help

yes it is set to 3 digits.

yes i did i checked it under system parameter and all 4 voicemail ports are rotary enable

u know ..thanks i do remember now how 2 reset it once im in the voicemail. that would be the other way i jus thought it was another with the module s/n #. but i did fix the transfering part it was the voicemail ports rotary enable. also i change the selector code setting 1 to selector code...
