Does anyone know where to find the Hold Time in a SYmposium report? We are using Version 4.2 and would like to see the elasped time an agent puts a call to a skillset on hold and maybe even the avg. hold time. The NTP's show where time is pegged as hold time but doesn't tell where to find it on...
To avoid this in the future You may want to make sure no changes are done to ACD's, CDN's, and specially TN's in the PBX until after you have De-Acquired them in Symposium first!
