It is regardless of who is logged on.I log on with my domain account with local admin rights and I get same error.I copied the ntprint.dll and I reinstalled sp5, so I guess at this point I'll just do a reinstall.- kevin46906

No matter what I set up, it does the same thing.It could be any type of printer, even the adobe acrobat print driver does it- kevin46906

I should clarify a little more I guess.She can print to any printer, but she can not see the properties of any printer, even if I install a new one, either local or on a print server.This began when she noticed in programs she couldnt get the settings to change which tray to print to- kevin46906
