I need to find out how one can add a permanent entry to the BCC field for purposes of replies. I have searched everywhere, and have not even found a thread of evidence that it can be done. Does anyone have an idea?

After having looked everywhere, including looking through the forums here, I have to actually ask this question. My employer has asked me to:
1- Set a default entry in outlook 2002's BCC field.
2- Set every client internally to have that default BCC entry.
I have tried through form designer...
